Retail Therapy

Belfast City Council have developed an excellent initiative to help independent retailers in Belfast thrive. Designed to be practical and results focused the participants benefited from a business audit and mystery shop process. They also had access to a business mentor to help them develop an improvement plan and looking at long-term and day-to-day issues.

Engage MC were asked to deliver a work shop and provide specialist mentoring in Online Marketing. We really enjoyed meeting all the participants on the night and were pleased to see so many who were already trading online keen to develop their online channel.
