Career Compass is a website created by Penn Northwest with the goal to connect local businesses like yours to high school students in the area looking to complete their job shadowing hour requirements. The goal is to help these students explore possible career interests, and guide them to figure out what fits their skills and interests best. If you are interested in becoming a participating business, we invite you to fill out the Business Application form below. By entering in details on what you can offer local students, we can then implement your opportunity into our site for students to easily access. When a student decides they would like to explore your business, you will receive an email with their contact information, grade level, school, and the hourly requirement they are looking to fulfill. It is then in your hands to decide if you would like to welcome this student by getting in touch with them to further details.
