About the Role

Accounting
At Anderson, our accounting team plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our operations. From tracking expenses and processing payroll to supporting budgeting and vendor payments, students will see how financial management is essential to keeping a large-scale transportation company running smoothly. Attention to detail, organization, and integrity are key values we uphold in this department.
Operational Logistics
Operational logistics is the engine room of our company, responsible for the scheduling of drivers, vehicles, and trips. Students will gain insight into real-time problem-solving, compliance with safety regulations, and the coordination required to get each trip off the ground on time and safely. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability and teamwork are essential.
Mechanical Maintenance
Our in-house maintenance team keeps our fleet of motorcoaches and school buses in top condition. Students will be introduced to preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and safety inspections, all of which ensure our passengers ride in safe, dependable vehicles. It's a hands-on role that combines technology and mechanical skill in a high-responsibility environment.
Commercial Driving
Commercial drivers are the face of Anderson Coach & Travel, responsible for delivering a safe, professional, and memorable experience to our passengers. Students can explore what it takes to become a CDL-certified driver, understand the importance of customer service, and experience firsthand the responsibilities of operating a motorcoach. For those interested in travel, independence, and leadership, this path offers rewarding opportunities
